Within a very short time, the Buchkirchen and Mistelbach fire brigades had to extinguish two fires in Niederlaaberstraße in Buchkirchen on Sunday morning. First, fire broke out in an unlocked container in which a 59-year-old had stored flea market items. A neighbor noticed the fire and alerted emergency services.
During the extinguishing work, a neighbor became aware of another fire in a nearby apartment, which also belongs to the 59-year-old. This fire was also quickly extinguished. The extent of the damage is not yet known.
The investigators are currently assuming arson and are therefore asking for relevant information to the Krenglbach Police Inspectorate on 059133/4182.
