The young woman sneaked into the house through the open door at around 5:45 p.m. on Friday, the police announced on Monday. The 92-year-old owner of the house was in the basement at the time. When she returned upstairs, she noticed the stranger in her bedroom and chased her away. The woman then noticed that cash had been stolen from her nightstand.
About two hours earlier, a neighbor had observed how the unknown thief was sneaking around in the garden of the later victim, but did not enter the house and walked away in the direction of the train station.
The perpetrator is around 20 years old, has slightly darker skin and shoulder-length black hair. She was wearing a white blouse and black pants.
