Bavarians and Upper Austrians sing a work by an Argentine artist together: the chamber choir “cantus aurumque”, based in Mühldorf, invites you to this special concert event. The best is the “Misa a Buenos Aires”, also known as “Misa Tango”. This is a Mass setting by Argentine composer Martin Palmeri in the style of Tango Nuevo. The special feature: While the choir follows the classic structure of the Catholic liturgy, tango elements flow into the ensemble accompaniment. In addition to the “cantus aurumque” chamber choir, there will also be performances: mezzo-soprano Veronika Sammer, Christian Gerber with bandoneon, Eva Barbarino on the piano and the AroC quintet. Overall management: André Gold.
The concert will take place on Saturday, July 9th, from 7 p.m. in the Aula Maior in Raitenhaslach. Tickets are already available online at reservix.de or by telephone on 0049/1806 700 733 (from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
