From the classroom straight to the children’s party

Yesterday, the clearly too cool weather prevented the direct route from the school to the outdoor pool. Which, at least in Perg, didn’t spoil the holiday mood, because many children took the opportunity to let off steam at the Mühlviertler Kinderspiele (MÜKIS).

The largest multi-day children’s and family festival in Germany attracts around 4000 visitors every year and yesterday saw the first of a total of five event days. With the 2020 game days and a party with 3G controls last year, Werner Luegmayr’s MÜKIS team did not let themselves be defeated even during the pandemic. Nevertheless, the anticipation for two MÜKIS weekends “like before” is particularly great this year, confirms organization boss Luegmayr: “We are in good spirits that we can offer the children an unforgettable program again.”

This includes numerous play equipment in the MÜKIS-Prater such as the giant slide, the jungle land or the popular “Wurli-Wurm” as well as this year’s enlarged MÜKIS toddler land for the youngest among the visitors. A spectacular circus party, a hula hoop show and numerous music contributions are on the program today and tomorrow on the festival stage. In addition, there is the popular Praterpass raffle with valuable prizes every evening.
