Many of them were already running around around nine o’clock in the morning with the performance documents stuck in protective foil – most of them (especially elementary school students) with beaming faces.
“I got all A’s,” revealed little Konrad from elementary school in Schörfling am Attersee, “except for a B in German. But I’ll definitely improve that next year.” Franziska from Vöcklabruck, who is now leaving her secondary school career behind and moving to the ORG of the Franziskanerinnen, can look forward to an award: “I only have a two in math, that annoys me a bit, but the rest consists of ones.” And then there were the sisters Elisabeth and Katharina, two elementary school students from Gmunden, who proudly presented their certificates at the local inspection: Unbelievable! Both of them got straight A’s, the older one is now going on to high school.
What do our school children look forward to most during the holidays? Gunnar from Vöcklabruck has his sights set on the Matura trip: “Freak out! It has to be now. Eight years at the gym are behind us. And then I’m looking forward to studying mechatronics.”
“Relaxation, relaxation, leisure time fun” was the announcement of what was on the program for CPR student Alina from Bad Ischl in the next nine weeks of vacation, while Caroline, Michi, the two Kathis and Jasmin beamed with joy as they received their third-class diplomas from the agricultural training center Raise Altmünster.
