The money will benefit the SOS Children’s Village in Altmünster, which is currently being expanded and renovated. Many generations have grown up in the SOS Children’s Village in Altmünster since 1955, according to Auto-Esthofer branch manager Horst Rosenberg: “As a result, the houses no longer have the required standard in terms of building technology to be able to optimally care for further generations of children and young people. That’s why we’re pleased all the more reason for us to be able to contribute a piece of the puzzle to this ambitious project.”
The donation check was handed over a few days ago to SOS Children’s Village press officer Michaela Rimser, who was very happy about the impressive amount collected at the Traunsee Half Marathon and expressed her thanks on behalf of the SOS Movement.
