Summer uni at the OKH: KeKademy provides a great program for young researchers

The summer academy “KeKademy” in the Offenes Kulturhaus from September 5th to 9th is now in its fifth round with the main topic “Cultural History(s)”. Children between the ages of four and twelve can experience a varied program from the world of science, art and technology over five “university days”.

Whether discovering a treasure in an archeology course, making a radio show, making Stone Age tools yourself or producing your own rap song: With 40 courses, “KeKademy” offers children and young people an exciting look into the big world of science. True to the motto “Try studying!” is cordially invited to playfully arouse new interests and to discover what is still unknown.

New this year is the registration system, which for the first time is handled entirely via an online booking tool. The descriptions of all courses can be read online and the desired courses can be booked individually. In addition to diversity in the program, diversity among the students is also important. In order to ensure that all interested researchers have as barrier-free and financially independent access to the courses as possible, active places are planned. We kindly ask you to register in good time, preferably directly via e-mail kekademy@okh.or.at

The “KeKademy” takes place as part of the cultural program at the OKH Vöcklabruck. The entire “KeKademy” program as well as all information and the registration tool can be found at www.okh.or.at.
