The first applicants have now been selected for the gala on October 6th in the OÖN-Forum in the Promenaden Galerien in Linz. The winners will be chosen by a jury chaired by JKU Professor Martina Mara.
In the “Digital Personality” category, the travel blogger Victoria Urbanek with their podcast “No Kangaroos”. In “No Kangaroos” Urbanek tells exciting and bizarre stories from Austria. “With the podcast I want to show how wonderful our homeland is,” says Urbanek.
The Linz-based company 506 Data & Performance GmbH, which specializes in analysis software for customer data for companies, competed in the “Digital Start-ups” category. “We help medium-sized companies with our know-how to enter the data age,” says the managing director Gerhard Kurner.
