A police patrol from Pregarten observed a car driver leaving a parking lot in Hagenberg im Mühlkreis on Friday around 4:30 p.m. and found that she was not using a seat belt. When the driver and vehicle were checked, the driver turned out to be a 35-year-old from the Freistadt district, whose driving license had already been provisionally taken away in February 2022 after driving under the influence of drugs.
The police officers also noticed an impairment this time, whereby both a urine and a saliva test were refused by the 35-year-old. During the clinical examination, the unfitness to drive was determined. The driver’s license issued in May 2022 was provisionally taken again and further driving was prohibited.
