PSP was called to the Bloco de Esquerda headquarters in Lisbon twice on the same night due to excessive noise caused by a party taking place in a building on Rua de São Bento.
It happened on the night from Saturday to Sunday after complaints from residents. The first intervention took place at 00:00 and according to a PSP source, the noise was heard from outside. The party momentarily stopped after agents sent to the scene were ordered to stop the noise, but by 5:30 a.m. they had to return to the scene due to the same situation.
In the prepared file, the only person identified as the perpetrator is the party. A report has been prepared, which will now be sent to the competent authority for the imposition of a fine, in this case the city council. The amount of the imposed fine will be from two thousand to 18 thousand euros.
