The rear-end collision happened around 9:45 p.m. A 15-year-old from Linz drove his moped on Limesstraße in the direction of Reith. Directly behind him drove a 15-year-old from Linz with his moped. On his pillion was the brother of the other 15-year-old moped driver. For reasons that are not yet known, the teenager driving in front suddenly brakes. The following driver could no longer avoid it and hit the moped. The 15-year-old driving in front was injured and taken to the UKH Linz.
The two mopeds were taken to the police in Leonding and subjected to a technical inspection. A total of seven administrative violations under the Motor Vehicles Act (including illegal exhausts) were identified. The teenagers will have to answer for it, ads have already been written.
