The daughter of the former artistic director of the Brucknerhaus, Wolfgang Winkler, and his wife Elisabeth recently acquired a historic farm property with her husband Frédéric Servant, a painter, actor and artist, in Laromiguière in Viazac in the Lot, which is currently being expanded and converted. After completion, you want to accommodate holiday guests in addition to the family. From baking bread in the stone oven from earlier centuries to yoga in walls that have already experienced a lot, to a beautiful place for festivals, a lot is planned.
How old is the ensemble of houses with a number of farm buildings up to the bread bakery and the historic stables? The walls themselves do not agree on this. The year 1736 is carved in stone next to the imposing entrance door. In another wing, 1828 is lovingly emblazoned. “We fell in love with this wonderful property straight away,” says Christina-Maria Winkler. The accommodations are expected to be available from summer 2023.
