International media reported that Serbian President Aleksandr Vucic, in a television speech, showed a map of Kosovo covered with the Serbian flag and warned that if the Serbs are threatened, Serbia will emerge victorious.
Ethnic Kosovar Serb protesters blocked the streets leading to the Jarinje and Bernjak border crossings, forcing the authorities to decide on closure.
