Authorities broke down the door and found the victim inside the house while the kidnapper was asleep. He was immediately arrested.
The woman was taken to the Alvaro Cunqueiro hospital in Vigo, where she was examined by a medical examiner.
The relationship has been going on for several months.
According to investigators, the kidnapper and the victim were in a relationship for several months.
