This was then justified by the fact that the holders of the certificates could not wear masks for medical reasons. The accused doctor is said to have issued such health certificates without properly examining those affected. There were 309 cases in total.
A search had also been carried out on the accused. Nevertheless, she is said to have continued to issue false certificates afterwards. The district court also ordered a three-year professional ban against the woman. In addition, a provisional professional ban was imposed, which is to apply until the judgment becomes final.
