John Travolta has already reacted to the death of his great girlfriend Olivia Newton-John, with whom he starred in one of the main hits of the 70s “Grease”.
The actor took to Instagram to pay tribute to “Sandy”: “My dear Olivia, you have made our lives so much better. Your influence has been incredible. I love you so much. we’ll all be together again. Yours from the first moment I saw you, and forever! Your Danny, your John.”
As the news spread across Hollywood, celebrities offered their condolences.
American film director James Gunn tweeted: “Very saddened by the news of the passing of Olivia Newton-John. It was my first love as a child. May she rest in peace.” Actor George Takei also wrote on the same social media, “We have lost a great icon and an artist who left too soon at the age of 73.”
The Eurovision Song Contest also paid tribute to the singer. “Love Live Olivia,” they wrote in the description of the video they shared on social media.
