In yesterday’s Ö1 “Morgenjournal” he criticized the fact that external advice was used and that public administration was ignored.
Ex-Cofag managing director Bernhard Perner, also in the Ö1 “Morgenjournal”, sees a lot of positive things in the report. The opposition, on the other hand, sees its criticism of Cofag confirmed once again. Regarding the alleged multiple payments of the temporary Cofag managing director Perner and their repayments, Peschorn says: “Cofag belongs to Abbag (state mining company, note) and Abbag’s owner representative to Cofag is Mr. Perner.” What needs to be checked is the remuneration that Perner received as Cofag managing director. That will be difficult and challenging. Perner himself does not believe that a repayment will be necessary.
