Middle finger after overtaking manoeuvre
Shortly before the roundabout of the Regau motorway exit, the 64-year-old was overtaken on the two-lane section on the right by the 54-year-old, which is why the 64-year-old gave him the light signal. At the Himmelreich crossing, both stopped in front of the red traffic light. There the 64-year-old pointed with his middle finger – both men got out.
Attack until the pepper spray is empty
The 64-year-old grabbed the pepper spray and used it against the 54-year-old. When his wife, his passenger and his son rushed to help, they were also attacked with pepper spray until it was empty. The 64-year-old then fled.
Dangerous chase and attack with iron bar
The son gave chase and caught up with the fugitive with a risky overtaking maneuver by driving past the traffic island on the left. The argument then escalated completely at a company site: the 29-year-old hit the 64-year-old with an iron bar he was carrying, but injured himself and fled. The 64-year-old alerted the police to the ambulance, which took the man to the hospital.
Since everyone involved appeared at the hospital at the same time, the police who were already investigating here were able to quickly establish a connection. Everyone involved confessed. The 64 and 54 year olds are shown. A breathalyser test showed the 64-year-old had a blood alcohol level of 1.2.
