Bullfighter Manuel Diosleguarde was seriously injured when he was knocked down by a bull during a bullfight in Segovia, Spain.
According to the Spanish newspaper Worldthe animal completely cut the femoral artery and vein of Dioslegard, and also damaged numerous branches and caused serious injuries to the bullfighter’s right leg.
The accident happened when Manuel Diosleguarde entered the arena to try to beat the sixth bull.

Manuel Dioslegarde was immediately taken to a hospital in Cuellar, where his condition stabilized. In the meantime, the bullfighter was transferred to Valladolid University Hospital, where on Monday he underwent an operation that lasted about six hours.
