A Portuguese pilgrim in his 50s was arrested this Wednesday in Spain for filming another pilgrim on his mobile phone while she was taking a bath at the hostel where they were both staying. The woman’s husband caught the detainee red-handed.
The dormitory administrators called the civil guard, who managed to bring the situation under control and prevent aggression between the two men, the newspaper reports. La Voz de Galicia.
The suspect was arrested after testifying but was released this Thursday morning on charges of a crime against privacy and after being brought before a Chantada judge in Spain.
The Civil Guard will submit the record to the court and the case will be referred to the competent court for trial.
