Strong earthquake in Liechtenstein also felt in Vorarlberg

According to the Austrian Seismological Service of the Central Institute for Meteorology and Geodynamics (ZAMG), the tremors reached a magnitude of 3.8. The earthquake was also clearly felt in neighboring Vorarlberg, and some people fled into the open, according to ZAMG. A weaker foreshock was also registered by the population.

The epicenter was northeast of the Liechtenstein capital Vaduz, which is only about 15 kilometers from Feldkirch. According to ZAMG, due to the proximity, slight damage could also have occurred in Vorarlberg. However, no damage reports have been received yet.
