The decree is signed by President Jair Bolsonaro and Foreign Minister Carlos Alberto Franca.
Meanwhile, Bolsonaro posted a series of messages on his social networks in which he described the late queen of England as “an extraordinary and singular woman, whose example of leadership, humility and love for her country will continue to inspire us and the entire world until the end of time.”
“Eternity often surprises us, taking away those we love, but today, it was eternity’s turn to be surprised, with the glorious arrival of Her Highness the Queen of the United Kingdom. May God receive her in his infinite goodness and comfort his family and the British people,” he added.
