“If that is the will of God I will follow, but if it is not, I will pass the presidential sash and I will retire because with my age I have nothing else to do on Earth if my time in politics ends on December 31. Bolsonaro in the polls

The surprising statements were given in a context of the advance of Lula Da Silva in the polls: the former president rose from 44% to 46% in two weeks, while Bolsonaro remained at 31%.

For the Ipec (exIbope) survey, Lula could win in the next elections on October 2 with 51%although the percentage variation can be two points.

However, the FSB consultancy differed from Ipec and showed a reduction in the margin of error in Lula’s advantage over Bolsonaro.

According to this survey, Bolsonaro would have risen to 35% and the percentage difference with his main competitor would be 6%.
