After almost a year of construction, the Stern Group’s new office building was officially opened a few days ago on Theresienthalstrasse in Gmunden. The employees are already in the new administration building, the relocation took place in March. “It’s a milestone for Stern & Hafferl Baugesellschaft,” says Managing Director Markus Hilgarth. He is very proud of the successful construction, the associated new appearance and the new identification.
“Inside and outside, the first-class quality in building construction and ecological timber construction is visible,” adds Karl Neumann, CEO of the Stern Group. “Spacious offices for the employees, common areas, meeting rooms with the latest media technology and meeting zones create an attractive working environment. A PV system as an energy supplier, a heat pump system and sustainable building technology solutions once again point the way to the Stern future.”
Economic Provincial Councilor Markus Achleitner was the guest of honour: “Upper Austrian companies take responsibility when it comes to sustainable management. The Stern Group shows this impressively. Sustainability has been a top priority here for many years and has been put into practice with the new office building.”
