At the first tournament of the autumn tour alone this weekend, 550 horses are at the start, 38 competitions from the lead rein class to the advanced class are advertised. On today’s Saturday and Sunday there is a competition over 140 cm on the program. “We are looking forward to welcoming national and international guests to our tournament grounds again as part of the autumn tour. We have tried to make the program as varied as usual and expect many sporting highlights,” says organizer Josef Hofinger.
It has already been an eventful year for the Sportunion Reitclub Hofinger. After a two-year break due to corona, the team was happy about a successful comeback of the spring series. In July and August, the riding club celebrated its 30th tournament anniversary as part of the Ranshofen Classics. With another tournament trio – the Ranshofen autumn tour – until October 9th, the season should end successfully. Show jumping is the focus. A CSN-B* tournament is announced for this and next weekend, from October 7th to 9th it will be top-class with CSN-A* and CSN-B, according to the riding club. The grand finale will be the Grand Prix powered by HOFMAG, a standard jumping competition over 150 cm (class S) on October 9th.
