In the Hausruck community, a joint infrastructure project was started by the parish and the community. The mortuary will be rebuilt, including the design of the forecourt and barrier-free access to the cemetery and the parish church. The project is not being built on a green field, but on the site of the former Mayrhuber house.
Around 1.5 million euros have been budgeted. Significant cost increases in the past few months have made it necessary for the state of Upper Austria to carry out another cost containment procedure. The financing plan has been secured and a large part of the orders have already been awarded to regional construction companies. The planners are the architecture firm Two in a box. They have designed a simple structure that is subordinate in its form to the surroundings and above all to the church and complements the sacred ensemble of Geboltskirchen.
