Tesla: 10,000 superchargers built in Europe

Tesla: 10,000 superchargers built in Europe

There are now more than 10,000 superchargers in 30 European countries – at a total of 900 locations, as the company has now announced.

It is striking that the expansion has picked up enormous speed, especially in the past few months: in the first nine months of this year alone, around 2000 Tesla fast charging stations were added between Gibraltar and the North Cape. And just in the past few days, six new locations with 100 charging stations have been opened.

Austria: 300 Superchargers

Incidentally, most of the Tesla superchargers (around 1900 fast charging stations at 144 locations) are in Germany. France and Norway follow in second and third place with 1500 and 1400 charging stations respectively. In Austria there are 300 Superchargers at 30 locations.
