The labor market service in Ried once again reports an increase in the number of employees and a decrease in unemployment. The unemployment rate in the district is currently 2.7 percent – after 3.3 percent in the same period last year. In the Ried district, three times as many workers are currently being sought as there are job seekers, according to Ried’s AMS manager Klaus Jagereder.
The challenges are great in those cases in which the conditions of the unemployed do not want to match the requirements of the company at all. Despite the wide variety of funding and qualification offers, companies and their managers must always be willing to take risks and try something.
