From 1 p.m., the first of three rounds of talks will be all about handing over and taking over real estate. The notaries Markus Seidl, Teresa Streicher and Teresa Maria Mursch-Edlmayr provide an overview.
Rising property and construction costs make many people hesitate before buying their own home. Robert Oberleitner, managing director of Neue Heimat, and Stefan Hutter from WSG, real estate trustee, will discuss this from 2:15 p.m Roman Sonberger and the notaries Christoph Grumböck and Silke Höller-Prantner on stage in the second round of talks.
