Reinhard Stockinger, who previously ran the popular Marienhof inn in Kirchdorf am Inn, will take on a new role and will be head chef at the AMAG works restaurant in Braunau-Ranshofen from the beginning of 2023. The focus will be on regional cuisine, according to the aluminum group with more than 2000 employees, which will integrate the works restaurant directly into the company with the organizational step.
With his many years of experience in gastronomy and his passion for cooking, Reinhard Stockinger will take the culinary offerings at AMAG to a new level. His first tasks include restructuring the range of dishes and the supply chain as well as building up the kitchen team.
Particular attention is also paid to the supply of employees in shift work and the snack offer. The next step is to develop a concept for redesigning the premises, which will be implemented step by step. “With Reinhard Stockinger and the insourcing of our factory restaurant, we will in future focus on regional products and quality as well as on a balanced and healthy diet for our employees.
