According to an amendment to the Articles of Association approved at the annual general meeting, the maximum number of board members has been increased from nine to 15.
123 of the 124 voting members approved the election proposal, whereby the new board was elected with 99.2 percent approval. Chairman is Markus Knasmüller, his two deputies Reinhard Schlager and Michael Obermair. Bernhard Pospisil was appointed secretary, Lukas Haidinger is responsible for finances as treasurer. Other elected board members are Georg Baumgartner, Rainer Mursch, Jörg Rigger and Sabrina Waldbauer. The auditors are Rudolf Mitterlehner and Christoph Grumböck. In the course of the next board meetings, Heinz Weinberger (sponsoring and sales) and Günter Stöffelbauer (sports) will be co-opted to the board.
