The autumn report of the Upper Austrian third division

Halftime in the regional soccer league: After the last autumn round last weekend, the third division kickers say goodbye to the winter break. These are the OÖN grades for the five Upper Austria clubs after the first half of the season:

LASK amateurs Upper Austria, “Very good”: The black and white amateur team goes into the winter break as the best Upper Austrian team. With 38 goals, the Enengl-Elf has the second best offensive, with only 13 goals conceded the best defensive. The athletes even lead the home table with six wins and two draws – Bad Gleichenberg was defeated 4-0 on Friday.

WSC/Hertha, “Very good”: With the 2:1 at Gleisdorf, the Welser have even improved the starting position due to the fall of their promotion rival Leoben (0:3 against WAC Amateure), they are only four points behind. After a training-free week, training continues until mid-December.

Young Vikings Ried, “Very good”: Fifth place at halftime, the Innviertler have never been so good at this point in the season. Maximilian Senft’s team managed that almost without professional support: only Agyemang Diawusie (4 appearances), Robin Ungerath (2), Matthias Gragger (1) and Julian Turi (1) were in action. The 3:2 at St. Anna was the fifth win in a row.

Union Gurten, “Good”: The Innviertler started the season with six games without a win, but then caught on and, in seventh place, are fully in the running for the top spots.

UVB Vöcklamarkt, “satisfactory”: The 1-0 home win against their direct competitor Allerheiligen meant a conciliatory end to the autumn. This week, the first half of the season will be analyzed and a decision will be made on whether to continue working with Thomas Laganda, who took over as coach of the Hausruckviertel in September. He will also go into spring with the green and yellow.
