Two gold, one silver, one bronze: This is the success story of the students of the Bad Leonfelden Tourism Schools when they took part in this year’s competitions at the Congress of the Association of European Tourism Schools (AEHT) in Senigallia (I).
Due to the training at the “Baletour” in Bad Leonfelden, Sara Halmdienst was able to secure gold in the “Cocktail” discipline, Janik Schwarz gold in “Wine Services”, Lena Lengauer silver in “Restaurant Service” and Lukas Süss bronze in “Culinary Art”. .
European competition
The more than 400 participants came from 22 European countries and were able to show their skills in eleven different competitions. With four participants and four medals, the Bad Leonfelden Tourism School can confidently celebrate as the most successful school in Austria. “We are very grateful that we were allowed to be part of this great event. We came back with many memories, experiences and new Europe-wide contacts and were once again able to prove the quality of our training,” the participants agree.
The teachers see the excellent results as confirmation “that the students at the Bad Leonfeld tourism schools have excellent specialist knowledge, foreign language skills, are able to work in a team, are flexible and think in a performance-oriented manner”.
