He is one of the candidates who has most recently declared his intentions to participate in the race by 2024. In fact, he is the only one who has done so expressly and without hesitation.

“Many of us believe that the interior of the country, which are the 17 departments outside the metropolitan area, should have an electoral expression. Based on that, yes we have handled the possibility of a pre-candidacywhich will depend on the internal and organic part of the Broad Front,” he said at a press conference this week.

Against his statements, Orsi called his candidacy a “good thing” and Cosse wished him “good luck.”
