The 70-year-old parked his car in a parking lot around 10 p.m. A witness had observed how he needed several attempts to get into the parking space. The man finally got out and went to the passenger side of his car. On the way there, the pensioner fell and fell against a moped parked in the neighboring parking lot, which then overturned onto a car parked next to it. The man first stayed on the moped, then got back on his feet and then left the parking lot.
The witness called the police. During her interrogation, the 70-year-old came back. He confessed. A breathalyser test was positive and he was slightly injured in his fall. Both the moped and the car on which it fell were damaged. The man’s driver’s license was provisionally confiscated.
