The four defendants initially stole an expensive watch from a boy, and a little later they beat a 28-year-old, leaving him in hospital. When an eyewitness came to help the man who was lying unconscious on the ground, he received a punch and a stomach stab.
The 20-year-old stabber was sentenced to two years in prison, eight months of which were unconditional, for intentionally causing serious bodily harm. Two other 20-year-olds who had hit and kicked the 28-year-old were also given prison sentences of 24 and 18 months, respectively, of which eight and five months were unconditional, for intentionally causing serious bodily harm and for robbery. The fourth person involved in the crime – an 18-year-old – was arrested for nine months because of coercion. The judgments are not final.
