The complete information package for all steps from the foundation to the fully furnished home: This is what “Haus und Wohnen Linz 2022” is offering from today in the Design Center. Businesses from the real estate industry, home builders and those who want to become one can get all the information for current and future construction and renovation projects until Sunday.
Around 200 national and international exhibitors in Linz provide information about trends and technical innovations in house building and furnishing. More than 500 brands present their offers.
In addition to numerous leading companies from the construction industry, architectural offices and building services engineers are also represented there. Service providers for renovations provide information about their services, such as wall dehumidification and window renovation.
But a finished shell is not yet a home: The exhibitors at “Haus und Wohnen” also provide information about innovations in interior design and the possibilities of smart technologies. Garden designers and pool builders show trends for the outdoor area.
The crime prevention department of the Upper Austrian police will be providing tips on building security at their stand. Gas, water and electricity suppliers will also present their range of services, and interested parties can get advice on resource-saving building services.
On the “knowledge stage” of “Haus und Wohnen” there will be numerous lectures on all aspects of house construction on all three days of the fair. For example, the Building Biology Institute in Austria provides information about the right property and building site investigation, but also about the right requirements for a healthy bedroom.
