Moscow attacks intensify as extreme cold arrives

The regional governor, Oleksii Kuleba, had warned on Wednesday that next week will be “difficult”, with temperatures that could drop “up to 10 degrees below zero”.

The Russian attacks yesterday left at least 14 injured in the city of Dnipro (central-east), including a 15-year-old teenager, the regional governor, Valentin Reznichenko, reported. This attack also affected two infrastructures.
