Brutal robbery: It is said to have been a 13-year-old again

As reported, two unknown perpetrators broke into a supermarket in Feldkirchen an der Donau on Sunday night, after which they are said to have kicked a passer-by (31). The duo ran away when the victim’s cell phone suddenly rang.

Perpetrators involved in taxi robbery?

Apparently, one of the perpetrators is an “old friend” of the police: the 13-year-old Romanian living in a care facility who, as reported, together with other young people, is said to have already attacked two Linz taxi drivers. The second perpetrator in Feldkirchen is said to be a 13-year-old accomplice.

Investigations are ongoing

The press office of the State Police Directorate did not want to confirm this on Wednesday: The investigations by the State Criminal Police Office are ongoing, and the two suspects are to be questioned on Thursday “if they come to the questioning”. In Austria, 13-year-olds are not considered criminally responsible and may not be locked up.
