The FUFU voter group probably earned the name “Pirate List” because its leader, Martin Dowalil, likes to wear an armband with the skull and crossbones of the St. Pauli football club. Having matured into a list of citizens through factual work, she was the contact person for Mayor Werner Krammer (VP) in addition to the SP in search of a majority that the WVP had lost in the municipal elections in January. The framework for a joint program for the three factions was in place a few weeks after the election. Housing developers should also be obliged, as in London, to rent some of the apartments cheaper for those on lower incomes, if the city itself does not construct municipal buildings.
