The taxi driver picked up the passenger on Wiener Strasse in Linz. Because he had repeatedly given him instructions, the driver began arguing with the 30-year-old passenger, who spat into the taxi several times. The driver then drove to the Kleinmünchen police station, rang the doorbell around 2 a.m. and called for help.
There, too, the night owl behaved aggressively and did not stop his behavior despite warnings. However, the temporary arrest was quickly lifted because the 30-year-old quickly calmed down after being transferred to the police detention center. He was reported for aggressive behavior and decency, he paid the taxi driver the cleaning costs for the taxi and the travel costs on the spot.
