According to a broadcast, the summer toboggan run will be opened, this alternative program should be available up to and including January 8, 2023. Lower Austria’s Tourism Provincial Councilor Jochen Danninger (VP) praised the Wexl Arena as the “most flexible ski area in Austria”.
The operators point out that the Wexl Arena family ski area’s slopes are still open. However, the condition must be checked daily. Restrictions or the closure of the slopes could become necessary, it was emphasized in view of the forecast rise in temperature.
