The man was initially noticed by a civil patrol shortly before 6 p.m. because of the high speed. The officers followed the 20-year-old out of town and found that he was traveling at up to 107 km/h. They were able to stop him and noticed signs of drug impairment. The medical examination confirmed this suspicion. The driver’s recently acquired driver’s license was provisionally taken away.
