Drivers alerted the police with an emergency call that an alcoholic driver was driving on the Pyhrnautobahn. The officials stopped the 51-year-old and carried out an alcohol test, which was negative. However, a rapid drug test was positive, which is why it was presented to the medical officer, as the police said on Tuesday. It turned out that the man was under the influence of the sedative drug benzodiazepine (also known as drugs as “benzos”). In addition, he is said to have been very tired. “The driver’s license was taken from him and he will be reported,” the police reported.
