Is it the coronavirus? Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV)? The influenza virus or already hay fever? A new test should provide answers.
Within 15 minutes, the new antigen multiple test “Combo4” should determine whether the test person carries RSV, the pathogens of influenza A or B, SARS-CoV-2 or none of these pathogens, as the “Deutsche Apotheker Zeitung” recently reported .
The Combo4 website says it is the “first quadruple antigen test” in Europe. In the meantime, however, there are similar products with names such as Solmira and Fluorecare on various online pharmacy websites, which advertise with a high level of sensitivity. These are used like conventional coronavirus antigen tests through nose and throat swabs.
