This was announced by the Vorarlberg police on Monday. The skier died on January 7th in Innsbruck University Hospital after suffering severe head injuries in the fall.
The woman was on December 29 at around 1.30 p.m. with a group in the Golm ski area (Montafon). She went off the runway and crashed head first into a wooden barrier at the edge of the runway. She lost consciousness and was flown to the clinic in Innsbruck by helicopter.
