The German travel portal presented the campsite award for the twelfth time. More than 23,000 from 44 European countries were available for the community to choose from. Park Kühlingsborn in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania won the race, followed by Salzburg campsite Grubhof. This takes first place in the Austria ranking. Anyone camping with children or dogs should stay in the Camping Sonnenland in Lutzmannsburg (Burgenland) get their money’s worth. This enjoys great popularity Camp MondSeeLand in Upper Austria, which also performed excellently in an international comparison: fifth place. The best rating in the “Cleanliness” category made it dusty Camp Murinsel in Grosslobming (Styria) from.
The list of the top ten also includes: Camping Brunner am See in Döbriach (Carinthia), Sportcamp Woferlgut in Bruck am Großglockner (Salzburg), 50plus Campingpark Fisching in Weißkirchen (Styria), Seecamping Berghof in Landskron (Carinthia), Erlebnis-Comfort -Camping Auenfeld in Aschau in the Zillertal (Tyrol) and Camping Neubauer in Millstatt am See (Carinthia).
