Factory tours at STIWA in Attnang-Puchheim, trial sessions at the Hatschek cement plant in Gmunden, workshops at Wolf Systembau in Scharnstein: Countless companies in the districts of Vöcklabruck and Gmunden are opening their doors again at this year’s Job Week between March 20th and 25th because they want to present to potential employees. Every company does this in its own way. The invitation is aimed at students and apprentices as well as job seekers.
“We would like to enable our visitors to get an idea of the participating companies through a wide variety of events,” says Christian Schäfer, Managing Director of Laufen Austria AG. The well-known Gmunden sanitary ware producer will also open its doors at the Job Week. “The company tours that we offer as part of the Job Week give potential employees a realistic insight into the work at our production site in Gmunden. In particular, the personal conversation with our employees can be used for exchange.”
There are currently 42 companies registered for the Job Week in the Gmunden district, and there are already 47 in Vöcklabruck. They are listed on the website www.jobweek.at. Interested parties can also find out there what the individual companies offer their visitors.
Companies that also want to take part can get information from the Chamber of Commerce on Tel. 05 90909 5000 or by email to [email protected]
