The State Criminal Police Office of Lower Austria is investigating. In the evening hours the forensic investigation was in progress. For the time being, the executive has not released any further information.
According to online media reports, a man is said to have attacked his two sisters with a knife. One woman died and the other was reportedly taken to hospital with serious injuries. After the fact, the man is said to have committed suicide.
