With “Bridging the Gap” curator Johannes Angerbauer not only sets a vehement and refreshing sign in the still young Rathausgalerie to address structural, social and ideological gaps, but also to breathe new life into the historic halls.
32 well-known Austrian artists are currently showing their skills until February 15, 2023, some of them using the latest technologies, such as Evelyn Kreinecker (note the app).
Hardly any visitor and even less the town hall employees can get past the work without contacting them. Angerbauer’s quality and achievement lies in the selection of the works, in their well-considered compilation and in the critical depth of their content. (loc)
